Strength & ToneUtilize the conditioning of dance and the ballet barre to strengthen and tone your body. Work up a sweat while working on your flexibility with Barre and its variety of diverse movements.
Know Before You Go
Studio 2
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
