The Great Craft Center Throw Down

Throw down your clay! Be prepared for a series of challenges, showcasing various ceramics skills, both individual and team based, testing speed and technical skills through wheel throwing and hand building. All skill levels are welcome.

There will be four 45-minute sessions. Individual sessions will have 12 participants, and team sessions will be 12 teams of two—each participant has a one session limit. 

Participation is open to eligible Cal Poly students. Registration will be live through ASI Access or ASI Access The Great Craft Center Throw Down on Monday, Feb. 9 at 8 a.m. at $15 per person.

All Craft Center community, faculty, and staff members are welcome to spectate.
