Join ASI Events next Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. for a vegan cooking show and Q&A with social media personality and actress Tabitha Brown. She will be showing us how to make a vegan Fiesta Burger and answering student questions!
Participants will need the ingredients below:
- Plant based burger
- Bell peppers
- Purple/red onions
- Garlic and herbs seasoning
- Liquid smoke
- Pretzel bun
- Cilantro
- Garlic powder/garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lime juice
- Jalapeno
Must be a current Cal Poly student with a valid @calpoly.edu email address to participate.
