Members of the public and campus community are welcome to participate and provide public comment during the open forum. Open forum takes place during the first 15 minutes of every meeting. If you are unable to participate in the meeting, but would like to address the board, you may send a letter to the Chair of the Board at asichairofboard@calpoly.edu. Letters will be read at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
The ASI Board of Directors meetings will be in an online and open meeting Zoom format, consistent with AB 361, suspending certain open meeting law restrictions. Please contact asistudentgovernment@calpoly.edu, if assistance is needed with participating in or virtually attending the meeting. If you wish to attend the meeting in person, you may do so in the Cal Poly Recreation Center, building 43, room 109.
