Due to concerns for the health, safety, and well-being of board members, representatives, and the campus community, meeting #21-06 of the ASI Board of Directors on Nov. 4, 2020, has been canceled. All business items will be moved to meeting #21-07 scheduled on Nov. 18, 2020, at 5:10 p.m.
Members of the public and campus community are welcome to participate and provide public comment during the open forum. Open forum takes place during the first 15 minutes of every meeting. If you are unable to participate in the meeting, but would like to address the board, you may send a letter to the Chair of the Board at email@example.com. Letters will be read at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Until further notice, the ASI Board of Directors will be operating meetings in an online and open meeting Zoom format, consistent with the CA Governor’s Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, suspending certain open meeting law restrictions.
