Extended hours are hours added to a day in which your child is currently scheduled. There is an additional charge for extra hours. Please refer to the current fee schedule.

Extra days are days that your child is not currently scheduled. The minimum charge for an Extra Day is your minimum daily rate.

There is no trading of current hours / days for extended hours or extra days. If extended hours or extra days are requested and approved, but not used, the parent is still responsible for the fee.

Fees will be added to your bill. Schedule Change Fees will apply after the drop deadline for finals and quarter break weeks, see online parent handbook for more information.
