COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations at Cal Poly Recreation Center Sept. 20, 24

|

A Ride Aid clinic will be available on campus on Monday, Sept. 20 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), and Friday, Sept. 24 (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) to administer flu shots to the entire Cal Poly community and COVID-19 vaccines to Cal Poly employees.

The clinic will be held at the Cal Poly Recreation Center Main Gym lobby. Walk-ins are welcome; be sure to bring your insurance card.

COVID-19 vaccines are only available to Cal Poly employees; anyone on campus is eligible for a flu shot.

Though walk-ins are acceptable, Cal Poly employees can make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine through Rite Aid.

  • Enter these unique codes when making the appointment depending on what vaccine you’d like: Flu (YL@SO); Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine (VDTPF); Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (PMQTH).
  • The COVID-19 vaccine is free. Make sure to have your photo ID, insurance card, and vaccination card upon arrival.

Bring a filled-out vaccine consent form to speed up your vaccination process. Copies of the form will also be provided at the clinic.

Students can make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine through Campus Health and Wellbeing by calling 805-756-1211

  • Appointments are free and do not require information about the recipient’s immigration status.
