During spring quarter 2020, the ASI Board of Directors passed a proposal for the ASI Dreamer Scholarship. As the undocumented community continues to face additional financial obstacles amidst these turbulent times, the ASI Board of Directors allocated $4,500 toward a new scholarship that will be awarded to Dreamers.
ASI is committed to advocating with and for our undocumented students and supports the resilience of the undocumented community at large. Undocumented students continue to be barred from applying for most types of financial assistance from the university. This scholarship is not restricted to any particular major or field of study.
The review of applications begins Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020.
