Reservations

Clubs, university departments, and outside organizations can request the use of Chumash Auditorium, conference rooms, and lounges by following the reservation process. To request Chumash Auditorium, a minimum of 14 days notice is needed to allow for proper planning and staffing for the event. To request UU220, a minimum of 7 days notice is needed. To request a lounge, UU Policy allows booking of the lounges once per week, not on the same day, for a maximum of four hours, and only if nothing else is available. Other conference rooms can be reserved, please contact the area organizer for specific availability.
