Want to change up your regular cardio routine? If so, try some fun nights of HIP HOP. HIP HOP is for all levels of hip-hop dancers. The class will begin with a complete body stretch, followed by a forty minute instructional dance section where you will be taught a portion of a HIP HOP dance. Each class I will add onto the previously learned material to guarantee a mixture of both new and old choreography for returning participants. The class will end with a cool down followed by a brief AB workout.
