CARDIO KICKBOXING

Description:

This high intensity cardio class uses the fundamentals of kickboxing, in a fun, high powered environment. Using a variety of punch and kick combinations, along with boxer's footwork, this class is designed to build endurance, tone muscles and increase agility. Kick, punch, and jab your way to a high-energy cardio and strength workout.

Class meets in U.U. 204. Please have your valid Cal Poly I.D.
