Club Funding
In support of the “Ultimate College Experience,” ASI Club Funding is available student run clubs and Independent Student Organizations. Clubs can choose between two different types of funding: Club Sponsorship ($500) or Event Co-Sponsorship (up to $2,000). Only one type of ASI Club Funding is available to a club per year.

Applications for Club Sponsorship or Club Event Co-Sponsorship may be submitted to the Epicenter beginning July 1, 2009.
Club Sponsorship
Club Sponsorship is available to chartered clubs or contracted Independent Student Organizations. After a Club Sponsorship application is approved, $500 will be allotted to that club to be used for club expenses. All Club Funding must be reconciled by the end of the academic year. Any remaining Club Funding will be removed from the club account.
Club Event Co-Sponsorship
Event Co-Sponsorship is available on a first come, first served basis to chartered clubs and Independent Student Organizations at a maximum of $2,000 per year. ASI will provide funding to cover half of the eligible expenses up to $2,000. The $2,000 may be applied to more than one event, but the total awarded for multiple events may not exceed $2,000. A complete application accompanied by an E-Plan must be submitted to the Epicenter no later than 14 days prior to the event.
