          Helpful Hints

          1. 1 Be sure to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk * on the application. An incomplete application that does not include a cover letter, and resume may negatively affect your chances of being selected for an interview. Submitting all required documents will assist ASI in selecting candidates for open positions.
          2. 2 Interviews start approximately one week after the closing date.
          3. 3 An applicant that has not been selected for an interview will be notified by email approximately 2-3 weeks after the closing date.
          4. 4 You may apply for more than one position using the same application; be sure to click on returning applicant.
          5. 5 It is a conflict of interest for ASI to employ members of ASI Student Government and require those individuals to have the responsibility of governing and making decisions regarding the organization by which they are employed. Because of this conflict, it is necessary to separate the roles by not allowing a student to simultaneously hold a position in ASI Student Government and be employed by ASI.
