Duties: The Event Operations Supervisor reports to the Associate Director - Facilities. Serving as part of an Event Management team consisting of 3-6 individuals, the group is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive event management service for all ASI related concerts, ASI special events and Cal Poly Club sport competitions. The Event Supervisor is responsible for field preparations, event set-ups, concurrent event management and event takedown.
Requirements: Must be a currently enrolled student at Cal Poly with a minimum of 6 units. All ASI student staff must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Graduate students must carry 4 units/3.0 GPA. Must be willing to work in the early morning and during odd hours. Must be tactful and courteous to all associates and visitors; promptness and attention to detail are essential. First Aid and CPR certification required.
