Informal Recreation
Shoot some hoops, play table tennis, try your hand at Wallyball, or do a few laps around the indoor track. Our Informal Recreation Program offers you a way to participate in a variety of unstructured sports and activities. Check the gym schedules for open play time for volleyball, dodgeball, badminton and more!

Drop-in Activities

Sometimes it's fun to just do your own thing. Along with the opportunity to swim laps, jog around the indoor track, or get a great workout in the weight and cardio areas, the Recreation Center offers scheduled times to play semi-organized sports and activities.
