Description: My name is Kenny Sing, and I am a Civil Engineer major at Cal Poly looking to switch my major to Graphic Design asap. Im looking for a roommate for the 2008-2009 school year or even longer than that. This is a house in Morro Bay about 15 miles away from Cal Poly and about 7 miles from Cuesta. This is a two bedroom/ one bathroom house with a front and back yard. There is good sized living room with a kitchen and dining area. The room available is large (18ft x 11ft) with two large closets and can even fit two people if necessary. There is a washer and dryer on site along with cable and wireless internet. The whole house is furnished apart from the available room that is completely empty as of now. I'm very easy to get along with and have strong interests in graphic art, screen printing, and hangin at the beach that is in walking distance from the house.
