Rent is 450.00 month-to-month with a $450 deposit *25 dollar application for credit check/some sort of proof for income or co-signer needed *because of the month-to-month style least there is a 100 dollar contract processing fee if you pass the application and move in We're friendly, easy-going, CLEAN in shared areas, considerate, and respectful = 0 drama! Utilities FREE = water, garbage, gardener. 1/4 Bills currently: electricity= ~12, gas = ~7 ; DSL wireless (must)= $10/month; Cable + DVR in living room (must) = $15/month Totals roughly = 45 to 60 (right now it's at 44/month) Area: Los Osos: under 10 miles to Cal Poly or Cuesta; near the ocean and the bay.
