Description: You could not possibly find a place closer to campus for a better price!! My friend and I are renting a one bedroom/loft type apartment starting September 1st. Because she is graduating after fall quarter we would like another roommate to replace her :( Soo, that means for fall quarter rent would only be $375 per person! After that it would be $475 for each of us....including utilities. 2 girls would share a room and the other would be able to convert the living room into a bedroom and really do whatever she wants with it. After she moves out it would be as though we each had our own space. It's in the apartment complex known as MVP, ridiculously close to campus and fun to live in! I am a young third year political science major and both of us work downtown so we stay pretty busy. It's a great apartment for freshmen who didn't get into the dorms, or for someone who is looking for cheap housing in an excellent location. ~Preferably someone who is clean and respectful~
