The loft has a built in desk, with beautiful bookshelves. I has a large closet, and its own private bathroom. It is the only room on the upstairs of the house. The house has a great porch, vaulted ceilings, and a contemporary feel. You will be living with two fun guys who are responsible and very clean. We are the types that wouldn't mind having guy or girl roommates. One of us is an art major, and the other is an aerospace major, both at Cal Poly.
