Description: The monthly rent is $800 for the entire apartment (2 rooms) or $400 for one room. Because the rooms are relatively the same in size, the rent is the same for both. You do not need to rent the entire apartment, and two are allowed to share one room if interested. Only water & trash are included. The lease will start early July and ends on 31st of August. Tenants have to go through an application process, which will cost about $20 per applicant. Feel free to email me if you have any question.
