Our Fitness Program provides a welcoming environment designed to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle for all fitness levels. Our diverse and comprehensive group and instructional classes, from Body Pump to Yoga, are taught by a team of highly-skilled, certified instructors. Nationally certified personal trainers are also available to create a fitness plan just for you.

Group Exercise Classes
From 6-Pack ABS to Power Yoga, come drop in for a Group Exercise class! Group exercise classes are diverse, comprehensive and are taught by a team of highly-skilled, certified instructors. Classes vary from 30 to 60 minutes in length and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Group Exercise classes are included with your access to the Recreation Center (students and paying members).
Instructional Classes
Looking for a welcoming environment to expand your fitness horizons, get inspired and learn about healthy lifestyles? Instructional classes are just that. The diverse offering of classes are designed with educational foundations to include the latest trends in fitness and wellness. Register for an instructional class such as Shorin Ryu Karate or Muay Thai Kickboxing, all fitting for a variety of skill levels and participant abilities.
Shorin Ryu Karate
Learn basic techniques, kata, self-defense, fighting, stretching, and physical conditioning. Develop power, speed, self-confidence and proficiency in realistic self-preservation situations in a safe, formal, disciplined environment.
Muay Thai Kick Boxing
Come get a rigorous training workout through intense cardiovascular and abdominal work. Learn hand and foot techniques plus defensive skills.
