XBOX console with accessories

Description: Hi all- I recently purchased an XBOX 360, so I have for sale my original XBOX console. Included are 3 controllers and all connectors needed to hook it up to your TV, plus some interesting accessories. $95 takes: 1. Original XBOX console 2. Standard video and stereo sound adapter for TV (one yellow, one white, one red). This works with just about all standard TV's. 3. Component video and stereo/digital optical sound adapter for TV (one yellow, one green, and one blue, one red and one white for standard stereo sound, plus optical and coax digital audio connectors). NOTES: This has been modified to include a digital coaxial audio connector. If you don't know what this is, don't worry about it because you won't need it, but for those of you whose stereo has a digital coax input this will allow you surround sound. You can also use the optical digital output if your stereo has that. Also note that if you intend to use this adapter, you will need a component patch cable; the adapter does not come with one. I will include this for $10 more, as they are kind of expensive and I'd like to keep mine for future use. If you want to use digital audio, either fiber optic or coax, you will need to supply your own cable. 4. 3 controllers, two XBOX S controllers and one Mad Catz. All 3 work, although one of them has a wire fault in the cord and you need to keep the cord bent in a certain way to stay connected. I did this by jury rigging it with electrical tape but it does work. The other two are in fine condition, though they may need a little cleaning. 5. An original XBOX headset for online play (plugs into controller) 6. An XBOX brand DVD remote control and receiver (plugs into unit) for viewing movies. PLEASE NOTE. THIS SYSTEM IS OLDER AND IS NOT WITHOUT ITS PROBLEMS. The system makes a kind of buzzing noise when it is first fired up. This is from a system fan inside the case, and does stop after a couple of minutes after the system heats up. This can be easily replaced if you're handy (it's a standard computer fan). Also, the system sometimes will not read certain discs. At times, it can take a few times ejecting and reinserting a disc for it to work. Over 5 years of owning the system, I have encountered one or two DVD's and/or games that look to be in perfect condition that it will simply not read. I don't know why, but I do know that the drive can be easily replaced, and the part can be found on eBay. However, it's not all that bad because once you get a game to read (takes a few tries sometimes) you generally play it for a while. All this said, I did just plug the unit in today and it is working. It read FIFA 2004 on the first try, and the buzzing went away after a little. I will leave it plugged in if a serious buyer wants to come and see it working. However, THIS MACHINE IS TO BE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. I will do my best to help you get it working, short of coming to your house. Make me an offer or ask me a question at estebbin@calpoly.edu if you're interested in taking home a fun video game system. Thanks for reading. Please see my other post in games for sale for the games that will not work with my new system.
