Club Deposits at CHASE
When making club deposits, please be sure that a club deposit slip is completed and all checks endorsed prior to approaching the bank teller. Club deposit slips are available at the Self Service Station located directly outside of the Epicenter or at the on-campus CHASE bank. Please note: club deposits are only accepted at the Cal Poly CHASE bank branch.
Club deposits are accepted
Mon - Fri: 9 am - 6 pm and
Sat: 9 am - 2 pm. The Cal Poly CHASE branch is the only CHASE Bank that accepts club deposits.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are an official agreement between a club and a vendor/service provider in which a product or service is paid for once it has been received. It is essential when using an on-campus vendor/service provider, managed by Cal Poly Corporation, (i.e. Campus Catering, Ciao, CP Meat Lab, Poly Plant Shop, etc.) that a Purchase Order be initiated by club. Please see page 38 of the Club Handbook for more information.
If you are not already a fan of ASI Club Services on Facebook, what are you waiting for? This is a great way to receive important updates from ASI Club Services, learn about what other Cal Poly clubs are doing, and stay connected to what is happening on campus.
