Clubs are an essential part of Cal Poly. With over 300 Clubs at your fingertips, it is easy to meet students who share the same interests as you do. Whether you're a club officer, an advisor, a member of an existing organization or looking to start a new club: here's where you'll find everything you need to know about club policies, procedures, services, and resources.
Throughout the year, ASI Club Services will provide clubs with important updates that may impact the operation of their club. Please check back regularly for new information.
Club Funding Update
ASI Club Funding for the 2011-12 has been fully allocated and ASI Club Services will not be accepting additional applications for the remainder of this fiscal year. If your club currently has an application pending, a Club Services staff member will be in contact with you. Applications for the 2012-13 year will be available beginning July 1, 2013.

ASI Club Services would like to congratulate the following student organizations on being selected as the 2011-12 Student Organizations of the Year:

National Recognition
If your student organization has received any national awards or recognition during the 2011-12 academic year, we want to know! Please email ASI Program Coordinator with your club name, type of recognition and any other information about the award that you feel important. At the end of the year we will compile all submitted information to showcase the success of Cal Poly student organizations.ASI Club Funding Reconciliation
If your club has received ASI Club Sponsorship Funds ($350) this year, PRF's for reimbursement must be submitted no later than the last academic day of Spring Quarter (Friday, June 1). PRF's submitted after this date will not be processed utilizing ASI Club Funding. After June 1, any remaining ASI Club Sponsorship funds will be removed from your club account.
Summer Quarter Hours of Operation
ASI Club Services hours of operation for summer quarter will be Monday - Friday: 10am - 2pm. Summer quarter hours begin on Monday, June 11, 2012.
