Craft Center
Create, relax and escape from your stresses in the ASI Craft Center, a unique environment offering seven well-equipped studios and classes in the following disciplines: ceramics, flameworking, surfboard shaping, skateboard deck construction, baseball bat making, woodworking, jewelry smithing and casting, stained glass and basic bike repair. Classes are taught by student instructors and are primarily targeted at beginners.

The Bike Repair Room is equipped with five bike stations, each with a cabinet of basic tools including a wheel truing stand, and compressed air for quick tire inflation. A water-based solvent tank and specialty tools are also available, including a headset press, a fork alignment gauge and all other necessary tools. This facility strives to keep cyclists in the saddle with all the tools necessary to keep a well maintained bicycle. Additionally, the Craft Center store sells the basic items needed to keep any bike operational including tubes, patch kits, cables and housing.

How do I register?
Participants may register online at ASI Connect or in person at the Craft Center. Registration begins the first week of every quarter.
Do I need my own bike repair tools?
No. The Craft Center has all the tools you need to complete your project.
