Outdoor Basketball Courts

In1991 several outdoor basketball courts were eliminated to make way for construction of the Cal Poly Recreation Center. Since that time, ASI has been interested in replacing these courts.

With the closing of the main gym at the Recreation Center during expansion, the University Union Advisory Board has determined that this is the appropriate time to add five lighted and fenced outdoor basketball courts at the Sports Complex. In addition to these courts, there will be three drinking fountains, bicycle parking, a paved parking lot including disabled and motorcycle parking and a maintenance shed for equipment storage.
