As the end of the quarter looms closer it’s a no-brainer that a lot of students are feeling stressed. Look no further than the Cal Poly Recreation Center for some rest and relaxation. Free 15-minute neck and shoulder massages from SLOCO Massage and Wellness will be available for Recreation Center members from noon through 2:30 p.m. on the following Tuesdays: May 23, 30, June 6, 13. Sign up for your 15-minute massage at the Recreation Center Pro Shop.

The massages are part of the Poly Body + Being wellness program that offers free fitness and wellness workshops to support healthy bodies and minds. Each quarter, world-class experts in nutrition, diet, and exercise will present interactive classes that all members of the Cal Poly community can experience.

Follow the Recreation Center Facebook and Recreation Center Instagram for updates on Poly Body + Being and future program offerings.
